Investment Criteria
We seek businesses that have a long history of strong market presence. Our ideal businesses have a history of profitability, with a defensible market position that have run into operating or financial difficulties.
Our target companies need not have positive ebitda but have solid management with a plan for a turnaround with new capital and access to, and assistance from, our operating team.
We will invest in businesses in the United States and Canada.
